How RideDoon uses information submitted through rental inquiries.
Information you provide
The rental inquiry form collects your name, phone number, preferred vehicle type, pickup location, rental date and any notes you choose to provide. Please do not include identity document numbers, payment details or other sensitive information in the notes.
How your inquiry is used
Your inquiry is sent by email to the RideDoon team so we can respond by phone or WhatsApp, check suitable rental options and coordinate pickup. Relevant inquiry details may be shared with rental partners to help fulfil your request.
Service providers
The website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand website usage, performance and inquiry completion. Form analytics record the page, step and outcome, without names, phone numbers, pickup locations, travel dates or notes. Inquiry delivery uses an email service provider. Embedded Google Maps and links to WhatsApp or social platforms are subject to those services’ own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask RideDoon to stop contacting you about an inquiry, or request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, by emailing hello@ridedoon.com. Include enough information to identify your inquiry, but do not send identity documents by default.
